As part of our brand transformation for EG Bank, we maintained our main objective of challenging the banking industry in Egypt, and doing so in a way that appeals more to people, allowing the bank to become younger and more approachable.

One of the main factors that play an important role in such a transformation, other than solely the brand’s design identity, is the underlying touchpoints that people interact with, most important of which are the credit and debit cards. By extending the same idea of illustrations and line art to complement the entire identity, we managed to turn this particular touchpoint into a brand ambassador, complementing the new persona that we’ve created for the brand.
